About our founder.

Sonja Kristiansen is a former tech executive with 18 years of experience in revenue management and operations, specializing in revenue optimization and operational excellence. Over the course of her career in digital marketing, she successfully managed over $200M in annual revenue and teams of 50+.

Sonja spent eight years at digital advertising company TripleLift, where she played a key role in scaling revenue and teams from an early-stage startup to nine-figure revenue, ultimately leading to the company's $1.4B acquisition by Vista Equity Partners. In 2022, she was selected for Vista’s High Potential Leadership program, where she was voted MVP by her executive peers before being promoted to Chief Business Officer, serving the Board of Directors.

With 15 years of property management experience, she owns and operates her own successful luxury vacation rentals and has curated exceptional guest experiences to achieve top-1% performance in their markets.
